You retain ownership of the audio you record and post. By posting, you grant earful a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, transcribe, summarize, and display your recordings as part of operating the service.

3. Acceptable use

Don't post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, or infringes on someone else's rights. Don't impersonate others. Don't try to break or abuse the service.

4. Account

You're responsible for what happens on your account. Keep your password safe. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

5. Service availability

earful is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.
